Dayspring is an adaptative wearable compression therapy for chronic edema and lymphedema that combines proven therapies into one easy-to-use solution—supporting mobility, improving adherence, and delivering superior outcomes compared to traditional pneumatic devices.
Static Compression
Dayspring’s inelastic fabric garment applies constant pressure, providing containment and reducing swelling.
Non-Pneumatic Gradient Sequential Compression (Active Compression)
Dayspring uses Flexframes powered by the mobile controller to deliver adjustable sequential therapeutic compression that mimics the body’s fluid drainage mechanics, promoting edema reduction.
Muscle Engagement
Dayspring’s wearable design and mobile power source supports mobility and muscle activity during treatment, activating the calf and thigh pumps, to enhance lymphatic drainage and venous return.
Dayspring has been evaluated in over 11 clinical studies, including randomized controlled trials, demonstrating its safety, efficacy and clinical superiority.
Compared with pneumatic compression treatments, Dayspring has demonstrated better swelling reduction, quality of life, and treatment adherence.
